About the role

Assist in the preparation, production, duties, and responsibilities of your Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef. Support the Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Chef, and Sous Chef as needed for culinary events in the hotel.

What you will do
  1. Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under supervision.
  2. Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times.
  3. Follow health and safety rules, wearing appropriate safety equipment.
  4. Unpack, track traceability (labels), and store merchandise properly.
  5. Adapt to high activity situations and customer relationship management as required.
What we are looking for

You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English.
