Main Responsibilities
  • Champion the brand.
  • Inspire and lead an exceptional customer experience through product and visual marketing excellence as well as outstanding customer service.
  • Act as a people-focused leader, coaching and mentoring the store team.
  • Develop store employees’ skills to maximize sales by expanding their product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and demonstrating visual presentation standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Manage store scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak times.
  • Serve as a product expert and brand ambassador for Skechers.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining store employees.
  • Model strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results.
  • Be the expert on all store systems and processes, including POS operations.
  • Participate in opening and closing the store, ensuring all security routines are followed.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for store employees.
  • Comfortable assessing talent and developing employee skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations.
  • Passion for Skechers products and the brand.
  • Acts with confidentiality and urgency.
  • Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership is preferred but not required.
