Job Description:

Overview of the role: The photovoltaic development project manager is responsible for leading and managing projects focused on the development, implementation, and operation of renewable energy sources, including solar power, storage, and AgriSolar. The role requires ensuring successful project execution aligned with the company's financial, environmental, and sustainable development goals.

Project planning: Create comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, budgets, human resources, and key development milestones.

Feasibility studies: Lead or conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical, economic, and environmental viability of renewable energy projects.

Resource management: Allocate and manage human, financial, and material resources necessary for project success.

Supplier management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.

Stakeholder relations: Serve as the main contact, ensuring effective communication with landowners, farmers, local authorities, and government agencies.

Performance monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications: Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering, renewable energy, or project management, with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong expertise in managing renewable energy projects, ideally within complex and multi-sector projects.
