Job Description

The first impression is always the right one! As a Night Receptionist, you will take care of our guests from their arrival to departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Your role includes:

• Welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, billing, and cash handling while providing exceptional service
• Offering a personalized experience for each guest
• Promoting the hotel's amenities and enhancing the guests' stay by suggesting services
• Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel's property and people
• Controlling and closing daily operations

Qualifications

Your experience and skills should include:

• Essential service quality
• Knowledge of Fols or Opera software is a plus
• Proficiency in English
