What you'll do:
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key luxury clients and media agencies to help them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations.
- Partner with Snap’s account management and sales teams, and cross-functional partners, to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI.
- Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
- Dive deep into campaign performance data; guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities.
- Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap’s products, and advising on best practices and campaign optimizations.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, to inform ongoing client education efforts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of advertising performance metrics and the ecosystem.
- Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and the ability to educate others.
- Strong MS Office skills, experience analyzing datasets, and delivering insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all management levels.
- Capability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Minimum qualifications:
- Fluency in French & English.
- Master of Science degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 2+ years relevant experience in media, brand marketing, ad-tech, or related field.
- Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience or affinity with the luxury industry is a plus.
- Experience working at a global level with local market coordination is a plus.
- Qualifications in data analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience understanding brand strategy, product attributes, competitors, and key issues.
- Passion for Snapchat and knowledge of our ad products.
