Activities
Responsibilities:
  • Support sales/bid manager on complex projects both contractually and operationally.
  • Manage Quality, Cost, and Delay metrics for assigned projects.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, and follow up on risks.
  • Manage and promote the company's position within a consortium.
  • Oversee subcontractors.
  • Propose improvements to project KPIs.
  • Report project progress via clear dashboards.
  • Manage serial life aspects of developed products when customer impacts occur.
Your missions:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet booking targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Profil du candidat
  • Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5-10 years experience in sales & marketing of technical products and solutions, including complex solutions and turnkey projects, with utilities, IPPs, developers, financial institutions, or industrial clients.
  • Knowledge of Grid and Renewable Energy markets, challenges, constraints, and regulations; experience in Energy Storage, PCS, and Energy Markets is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment; proactive, energetic, opportunity hunter.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Proactive mindset with new ideas and initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
