Job Title: Director of Innovation

Location: Discovery Platform designed to identify natural, native, and sustainable feed additive solutions for animal health in poultry and aquaculture, contributing to a more economically viable industry.

Aviwell is seeking a strategic and technically adept Director of Innovation to coordinate and facilitate the development and innovation of our Aneto Discovery Platform. The role focuses on fostering collaboration across data-driven product discovery teams, including scientists, data analysts, and bioinformaticians, to ensure efficient workflows and accelerate innovation. The position involves working with academic partners to optimize development pathways and drive commercialization, particularly in animal health products.

Minimum Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Familiarity with feed additives, animal health, or microbiome research is advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for feed additives and animal health products (EU).
