Position Overview

We are seeking a Security Expert to support our SaaS portfolio in implementing security standards and tooling. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Helping SaaS companies enhance their security posture.
2. Developing guidance, templates, and onboarding processes for security tooling.
3. Adopting team.blue standards and policies.
4. Implementing security tools such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, EDR, and awareness training.
5. Providing pragmatic advice on remediation of security findings.
6. Assisting in developing testing, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
7. Building and maintaining risk registers.
8. Consulting on security issues and questions.
9. Collaborating with Group Security to develop policies, procedures, and guides for less mature companies to improve their security systems.

This position can be based anywhere in the EU with options for remote or hybrid work.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in information security, including governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and/or technical security roles.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate risks effectively to technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity tools, controls, and standards (ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Knowledge of GDPR related to technical security measures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulations such as CIS, NIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
• Certifications like CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CRISC.
• Multilingual abilities in European languages.

Work Environment

• Part of a security team of 12, working closely with the PMI team.
• Flexible working options: office, remote, or hybrid.
• Occasional travel for team or company events.
