About the location :

Alpine chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who set out to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. Distinct French character, pure Alpine tradition, and an inviting setting define this mountain retreat. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation. Our seasonal operations run from December 15 to April 15 and June 14 to September 30.

About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for the overall security of the facility, reporting to the Assistant Security Manager and Security Director. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, being proactive, creative, and a team player. Proficiency in IT, remote surveillance, and physical security systems is essential.

What you will do

• Maintain discipline, availability, sense of service and discretion.
• Maintain a permanent presence at the security station (day and night if necessary).
• Follow safety rules concerning people and property, and ensure fire protection equipment is operational.
• Organize rounds to prevent fire hazards, including in unoccupied premises at night.
• Ensure hotel exits and entrances are clear and enforce fire regulations.
• Intervene according to instructions to prevent unauthorized entry and limit theft or damage.

The above tasks are not exhaustive; adaptability to high activity and customer management situations is required.

What we are looking for

Legal right to work in France, fluency in French and English, French “Carte Professionnelle,” and SSIAP 1 certification are required.
