Description du poste

This position reporting to the Chief Risk & Technical Officer is responsible for the following missions:

  1. Lead AXA Partners central control functions governance, including Audit Risk & Compliance committee liaising and securing coherence with regional and local governances and CLP governance.
  2. Secure AXA Group Standards implementation and certification for both Risk Management function and the rest of AXA Partners organization.
  3. Lead or coordinate transversal projects, particularly those related to regulatory requirements.
2. Dimensions of Role

The role will work closely with AXA Partners Risk Management functions (Internal Control, Operational Risk Management, Technical Risk Management).

The role will work with both CLP and Assistance business units, collaborating with other departments within AXA Partners (General Secretary and Audit), and working effectively with EXCOM members and business leaders. It will also coordinate with AXA Group Risk Management and AXA France for the CLP part.

3. Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the AXA Partners risk governance at the central level, including coordination of ARCCs and Operational Risk Committee, ensuring quality and effectiveness of documentation, driving committee meetings, and follow-up of agreements.
  2. Manage Group Standards owned by AXA Partners Risk Management, coordinating with Group stakeholders, and ensuring proper implementation of statements and indicators.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on POG and Conduct topics within the Risk Management function for CLP and Assistance, supporting cross-functional initiatives and distribution monitoring.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or within a regulated insurance company or group.
  • Experience with Solvency II regulation, insurance products, distribution models, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills in English, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen, influence skills, integrity, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, leading projects, and understanding AXA Group Internal Control and Operational Risk functions is a plus.
