Your Role

As a Fullstack Tech Lead, your mission includes:

Coaching

• Mentoring developers and QA teams.
• Advancing the team's technical and interpersonal skills.

Expertise

• Designing API enhancements per product owner requests.
• Mastering API functionalities and business rules.
• Ensuring roadmap delivery.
• Monitoring development, conducting code reviews.
• Maintaining quality standards and compliance.
• Participating in technological evolution and monitoring.
• Managing application SLAs and providing technical support.
• Participating in change management and deployment follow-up.

Facilitation

• Facilitating team communication.

Qualifications

And you?

Higher education in engineering or similar.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript/VueJS 2+ (Nuxt3, Typescript, etc.), HTML5, CSS/SASS, API Rest, ORM, CI/CD, Design patterns.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Xray, Confluence.
• Knowledge of test-driven development.
