Business Line: Banking, within TNP Consultants

TNP DIGITAL Banking supports all French banks and several neo-banks / fintechs. We focus on client strategies and distribution issues, customer experience quality, and transformation of sectors and relational models. We also assist clients with digital transformation of payment methods through innovative solutions involving Fintechs, and the transformation of specialized financial services like leasing, factoring, and consumer credit, across digital, operational efficiency, and distribution models.

In your operational roles and internal development, you will:

• Manage client relationships on existing missions and participate in developing new opportunities.
• Supervise consultants on missions or projects within the firm (workgroups, training, etc.).
• Contribute actively to our publication policy (article writing, sector analysis presentations, etc.) and organize industry events.

We seek candidates with a higher education background (minimum BAC+5 / Business or Engineering School, University), and proficiency in English. Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a consulting firm or project management roles within banking institutions. This experience should demonstrate a solid foundation in financial services, market dynamics understanding, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
