Description du poste

Hospitality within office buildings involves creating connections with all occupants of the building through the following (non-exhaustive) duties:

  1. Reception and management of shared spaces: greeting visitors and employees according to hotel standards, assisting and guiding visitors, managing mail and parcels.
  2. Concierge services and implementation of occupant-oriented services: managing and creating partnerships with local service providers (handling requests via the digital platform).
  3. Event organization: creating and managing events in coordination with support teams.
  4. Client relations and communication: ensuring tenant and occupant satisfaction, addressing issues with technical teams, and maintaining good communication.
  5. Management of meeting rooms: handling reservation schedules, welcoming users, and reporting technical issues.

Through your presence and good humor, you will improve the quality of life at work for occupants and become an essential link in the site's community!

Location: Malesherbes, Levallois-Perret

Salary: €24,000 gross annually based on a 35-hour workweek

Schedule: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to connect with others.

To succeed in this role, you need a positive mindset, natural good humor, and enthusiasm. You will benefit from support and training.

Experience in corporate reception, hotel management, or concierge services is required.
