A leading company in risk and reputation management is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and provide tailored support. The role involves analyzing client needs, managing projects, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and French, with experience in service or tech sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions and support, leveraging internal expertise.
  • Implement actions to strengthen client support and enhance service value for lasting relationships.
  • Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  • Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
  • Oversee client projects to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Organize regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain relationships.
  • Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks to prevent disputes.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within service or tech sectors, with an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner capable of working effectively in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
