Job Description:

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our key top clients alongside our partners, ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within Turkey.

Responsibilities:

  • Define mid- and long-term revenue growth strategies for assigned accounts
  • Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation
  • Oversee the 3DS extended team (including Value Added Reseller partners) to ensure revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction
  • Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a Business Consulting approach
  • Collaborate with partners to support customer transformation in Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Mobility industries
  • Foster trusted relationships with both customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors
  • Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel
  • Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus
  • Experience in managing indirect business
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Mobility will be a big plus
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
