Position: Junior Evaluator

We are recruiting a Junior Evaluator for the Fabric Care category based in Argenteuil, offering an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Role overview

Our Junior Evaluators are fragrance development specialists focused on delivering fragrances that meet customer requirements, understanding market trends, and consumer preferences.

1. Manage and execute multiple complex briefs, developing or selecting fragrances accordingly.
2. Support Senior Evaluators and CFMs on their projects.
3. Collaborate with Perfumers on technical modifications and new creation development.
4. Work with the lab on testing product stability.
5. Participate in olfactory analysis to identify notes for creative development.
6. Prepare internal and small customer presentations.

Additional responsibilities

• Build knowledge of fragrance products, market dynamics, and key customers.
• Build and curate a top-tier fragrance collection responding to market needs and trends.
• Manage the selection of fragrances for activation projects efficiently.

Candidate profile

• At least 12 years of experience as an intern, trainee, or in a related industry role.
• Strong olfactory skills: ability to recognize and memorize notes and fragrance language, assessed via standardized tests.
• Passion for perfume and olfaction.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and clients on briefs and technical issues.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
