Job Description:

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project called: Governance and financing models for the 3 REHs in Iasi, Cluj, and Craiova. The organization is seeking experts to support the core team during this project.

Location: The operational base of the project is Bucharest.
Duration: The intended start date is July 2025, with services to be provided for a period of 14 months from this date.

Key Expert: Senior Health Management Expert, Team Leader

Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medicine, Public Health, Health Policy, or Health Management.
• Postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Public Health or Health Management is a strong asset.
• Internationally recognized graduate training courses in health management are assets.
• Very good command of English (CEFR C1).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience guiding national/regional/local health authorities or healthcare managers, especially in hospital management or healthcare provider governance.
• At least 2 projects related to hospital management, quality of care improvement, staff training, or hospital services improvement.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital management or improvement experience in one or more EU countries.
• Experience in at least one international public health project funded by institutions like EIB, EBRD, WB, ADB, or similar organizations.
