Job Description

1. Build and maintain relationships with public authorities at various levels related to Xiaomi's business, including ministries and local authorities.
2. Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations in Europe, identify potential risks, and offer policy advice.
3. Coordinate memberships in mobility industrial associations relevant to Xiaomi and develop a network of industrial contacts.
4. Represent Xiaomi in interactions with government bodies, think tanks, international organizations, and other public agencies.
5. Collaborate with local business units (such as R&D, sales, and marketing) and support relevant activities.
6. Assist the mobility team in policy analysis and facilitate activities at the European level.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience dealing with government departments and public authorities; experience in government, GR/PA departments, or consultancy preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of the mobility industry and current policies and regulations.
3. Objective-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills; self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excellent in self-management and time management.
4. Strong interpersonal and social skills, capable of representing Xiaomi positively.
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields.
6. Fluent in a European language, with excellent spoken and written English skills.
