Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary contact for our clients, your role is to analyze their needs and provide tailored solutions with high-quality support, leveraging our internal teams' expertise.

You will also implement actions to strengthen support and enhance service value for lasting relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain relationships.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying risks, detecting potential disputes early.

Requirements :

  • Significant experience in a similar role in service or tech sectors, with an agile, resourceful, and independent approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner, effective in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Proficient in office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets, Slides).
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Location : Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Type : Permanent contract.
