This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum day rate of €355 for all referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network.
• Our team handles all client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant for client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing work.
• Creating and managing an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receiving a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral work, and higher rates for larger projects.

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of our focus areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and grammar.
