About This Role :

As a member of Forrester's customer success organization, the Customer Success Manager II handles the value delivered to Forrester's largest clients post-sale. This role orchestrates the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies, guiding clients to their desired outcomes while driving value in their partnership with Forrester. By monitoring customer relationship health, this individual predicts and navigates challenges, offering solutions that enhance satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for growth in collaboration with sales and the broader Forrester ecosystem.

Job Description :

  • Partner with C-level executives post-sale. Serve as the main contact and client advocate to drive strong renewal rates and higher enrichment by delivering measurable value through understanding clients' business initiatives and desired outcomes, mapping them to Forrester's portfolio.
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of products or services through regular engagement, aligning Forrester resources to client initiatives and outcomes. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to meet success measures and maximize value.
  • Strengthen client relationships by deeply embedding in accounts to drive high engagement via regular interactions, engagement plans, business reviews, and value capture. Manage stakeholder risk effectively.
  • Work with internal teams to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client executives on account strategy, discussing account health, stakeholder risk, value capture, engagement levels, and new growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to projects within the customer success organization to enhance value delivery to clients.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience in building successful senior-level business relationships.
  • Proven success managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, often globally, within tight timelines and resource constraints.
  • Ability to lead client discussions, capture initiatives and requirements, and facilitate conversations at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Bold mindset demonstrating prioritization, tenacity, collaboration, innovation, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across organizational functions.
  • Demonstrated customer obsession.
  • Must be able to work in both Italian and English.
  • Location options include our Paris or London offices, or remote in the Milan area.
