A leading company in risk and reputation management seeks a Customer Success Manager Junior to enhance client relationships and provide tailored solutions. The role involves managing projects, analyzing client needs, and ensuring service value. Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, analyzing needs and providing tailored solutions with support from internal teams.
  • Implement actions to strengthen support and enhance service value for clients.
  • Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  • Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
  • Oversee client projects to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Organize regular meetings, especially with clients lacking recent contact, to maintain relationships.
  • Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks or disputes in advance.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within service or tech sectors; agility, resourcefulness, and independence are valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner capable of working effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract: Permanent
