Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Data Analyst based in Paris, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets. Key daily tasks include developing data models, generating insights through data analytics, and using statistical methods to interpret and present findings. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making, as well as communicating analytical results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Experience in Statistics and Data Modeling
• Excellent Communication skills for conveying complex data insights
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is beneficial
• Previous experience in a leadership role in data analytics is an advantage
