Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments, dedicated to improving patient lives through collaboration with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.

They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to cover France and initiate sales from scratch. This is a full-time, home-office based position preferably in the Greater Paris area with easy access to airports.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with capital medical devices in Europe
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  • Confident negotiation skills, attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Result-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the Neurosurgery market is a plus
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for France, with accountability for sales revenue
  • Lead reimbursement processes and develop business collaborations with partners in the territory
  • Coordinate with other company activities such as site development, regulatory, service, and training
  • Define annual business goals and build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage and lead the sales team and relations with partners (distributors, GE, Siemens)
  • Develop sales strategies for products UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone
  • Follow up on sales plans and update commercial trackers
  • Work on site development to achieve company goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to define regional marketing plans and customize tools
  • Lead reimbursement strategy efforts and stakeholder engagement
