Job Title: Emobility Project Manager - Paris, France
My client, a leader in the real estate sector, is expanding their emobility department. As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate a charging program focused on developing charging hubs for electric trucks and vans across multiple countries. You will play a key role in establishing and driving the success of this initiative from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Set-Up: Establish the foundations of the program across Europe, ensuring structure, clear objectives, and alignment between teams.
- Support for Short-Term Milestones: Assist the project team in meeting urgent deadlines related to subsidy applications and site assessments.
- Program Planning: Draft a preliminary program plan, including roles and responsibilities, work packages, timelines, budgets, controls, processes, and reporting structures.
- Program Coordination: Centralize and synchronize all activities, partnerships, and opportunities into a cohesive program, avoiding overlaps and ensuring efficient execution.
- Project Management: Oversee the timely delivery of different work streams — including Partnerships, Commercial, Incentives, Engineering, Execution, Operations/IT, Marketing Communications, and Legal.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams (sales, engineering, operations, marketing, legal, finance) and external partners, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Budget and Resources: Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring financial oversight and efficient project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and create mitigation strategies to address technical, operational, and financial challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Implement KPIs to monitor progress, track success, and report program status, roadblocks, and next steps to senior leadership.
Your Profile:
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in leading international projects or programs, ideally in sustainable energy or go-to-market strategies.
- Solid understanding of EV infrastructure, including engineering, hardware/software integration, and deployment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complexity into clear, manageable tasks.
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-centric and innovation-driven, focused on delivering practical solutions to real-world challenges.
