To support this transformation, Brink’s is recruiting a Acheteur Facilities & Security to meet its needs for optimizing procurement data management, with significant operational and strategic improvement challenges. Rattaché à la Responsable Achats France, the Acheteur manages an indirect procurement portfolio, particularly in FM (Facility Management), MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), and Security categories.

In this role, you will work across the entire French subsidiary of Brink’s, collaborating with various departments such as Operations, Technical, Security, General Services, Legal, Projects, Business Units, and headquarters. Your missions include:

  1. Integrating into the transformation team and ensuring compliance with the Purchasing Policy across internal stakeholders.

Managing the entire procurement cycle, developing cost reduction and supplier panel rationalization plans, drafting specifications, managing calls for tenders, analysis, negotiations, and contracts. Negotiating and deploying tariff agreements.
  3. Expanding your scope and increasing the volume of managed expenditures.
  4. Developing and implementing a category procurement policy (mapping, supplier evaluation, risks, and opportunities).
  5. Creating a 3-year strategy for managed portfolios.
  6. Managing supplier relationships for performance and continuous improvement. Conducting market intelligence and developing CSR strategies.
  7. Analyzing, consolidating, and reporting procurement data: expenses, savings, KPIs. Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to drive projects, monitor progress, and foster buy-in.
  8. Ensuring compliance with vigilance obligations. Participating in budgeting and procurement forecasting.

These responsibilities are subject to change and evolution within the role.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering, or related fields such as Finance or Supply Chain, with proven experience in procurement. You should be rigorous, autonomous, proactive, with leadership and communication skills. An interest in data analysis, mastery of procurement techniques (cost savings, negotiations, contracts), strong analytical and synthesis skills, proficiency in Excel, office tools, and ERP systems are essential.
