TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is seeking a top talent Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our French team.

Requirements: Fluent in English and French with experience in the Travel Industry.

  • Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rentals, Transfers, etc.
  • Coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
  • Handle bookings and resolve last-minute and on-spot challenges.
  • Assist travel agents via incoming calls, managing reservations and special requests.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to find optimal solutions.
  • Think creatively and be results-oriented, managing complex cases with multiple stakeholders.
  • Operate multiple online systems concurrently to serve travel agents.
  • Manage operational and administrative tasks from start to finish.
Qualifications:
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication skills; fluent in English and French.
  • Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented problem solver.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently using available resources.
  • Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work night shifts or evenings/weekends.
  • Experience as a Consultant (VAT) is advantageous.
