The Opportunity

Are you passionate about innovative IT solutions and technological challenges? We are seeking a Platform Engineer Lead ServiceNow to contribute to a strategic transformation program. In this role, you will evolve our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment, enhance our CMDB with high levels of integration and automation, and streamline ITSM processes to boost efficiency and service quality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and organize teams to build, own, and deliver services.
  • Manage services end-to-end following service management practices.
  • Align the platform with business strategies and provide technical expertise to the engineering team.
  • Focus on platform integration, ecosystem, and landscape coherence.
  • Identify opportunities for new products and add-on services.
  • Provide regular quality-standards-compliant reports on services.
  • Document platform design and analyze the impact of new requirements.
  • Assess how new functionalities affect existing data and processes.
  • Mentor and lead technical/support admins within the department.
Who Are We Looking For

We seek innovative thinkers who can drive positive change, with a passion, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow. Candidates should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow integrations and administering the platform.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and broad technical expertise in managing ServiceNow production environments.
  • Experience in solution architecture, design, and managing functional requirements.
  • ITIL v4 Certification.
  • Relevant ServiceNow Certifications (System Administrator, Platform Implementation, ITSM, CMDB).
  • Experience in reducing customizations in baseline projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, Integration Hub, ITOM, Performance Analytics.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, autonomous, quick learner, with excellent communication skills in English and strong problem-solving abilities.
