As part of our expansion strategy, we are strengthening our leadership in Microsoft technologies through one of our key subsidiaries, a pure player in Microsoft solutions with operations already successfully running.

At the moment, we are looking for a Microsoft Cloud Business Developer to join our team in France to expand our client portfolio and accelerate our growth in the French market, with the opportunity for partnership.

The role

As a Microsoft Cloud Business Developer, you will play a key role in developing our business in France. Supported by our marketing and pre-sales teams, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and managing B2B commercial relationships.

Business Development & Growth
  • Identify new clients in the region.
  • Organize face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify business opportunities related to Microsoft Cloud offerings (licenses + services).
  • Actively participate in commercial negotiations and ensure contract signings.
Client Relationships & Partnerships
  • Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients in their transition to the cloud.
  • Work closely with local partners to optimize our presence and add value to clients.
  • Understand business needs and provide the right Microsoft solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated by our marketing team and maximize conversion rates.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work in synergy with our teams in Europe and the Gulf, sharing best practices and business opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to refine our approach to the French market.
Desired Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of business experience, including at least 5 years in IT, cloud, or related technologies.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and the digital transformation needs of companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close strategic deals.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Arabic is a plus.
