WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?

At Timeleft , we are looking for a seasoned HR BP Manager to oversee and optimize all HR operational processes for our growing company of around 80 employees all around the world.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our organization : you'll make sure every team member — from Paris to São Paulo to NYC — has a smooth and compliant HR experience, from the day they sign to the day they leave.

1. Own and Optimize HR Operations

  • Manage all types of contracts : French CDI, freelance, EOR (via Deel).
  • Run payroll and benefits across multiple countries with zero room for error.
  • Maintain and improve our HR tools (Payfit, Deel, Notion), ensuring automation, data accuracy, and security.
  • Be the go-to person for any HR-related questions — clear, fast, reliable.
  • Monitor labor laws (France & international) and ensure full compliance.
  • Own HR documentation and prepare reports that help us stay audit-ready, always.

3. Deliver a Smooth Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with care and precision.
  • Support team leads to ensure every process runs like clockwork — and feels human.
  • Contribute to retention and engagement by making HR processes feel seamless.

4. Build Relationships, Handle with Care

  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4-5+ years in HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Deep knowledge of French labor law and familiarity with global HR practices.
  • Comfortable with tools like Payfit, Deel, Notion, Slack, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and high autonomy.
  • Bilingual : French + English (written and spoken).
  • A calm head and clear communication in fast-changing situations.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
