We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Our advanced digital platform allows their customers to request roadside assistance and replacements instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.
We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the digital support process and intervening where necessary to ensure excellent service. Requirements include proficiency in French (C1/C2 level) and good knowledge of English. Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.
