Ce rôle implique la gestion de projets transversaux, la préparation d'interactions clients et la communication sur la durabilité de l'entreprise. • Assister le Directeur Financier et le Directeur Général dans les tâches quotidiennes.
• Préparer des interactions clients et des discours externes sur la digitalisation.

What you'll do

As an apprentice, you will provide support to the Finance Director and Managing Director, in particular on the following tasks:

• Follow-up of daily tasks and management of commercial approvals
• Preparing customer interactions and following up actions with sales teams
• Preparing external speeches and LinkedIn posts on the digitalization of the Finance function and the company's sustainability trajectory
• Steering cross-functional projects in collaboration with all teams, in fields as diverse as CSR, HR, marketing & communication, etc.

What you bring

• Higher education in a business school
• Knowledge of finance (IFRS accounting, management control and CSR / ESG)
• Languages: French (C1 at least) and English (B1 / B2 at least)
• Ability to adapt and strong sense of priorities
• Reliability, autonomy and versatility in assigned tasks

Duration: 12 / or 24 months

Start Date: September 2024

This type of contract is subject to remuneration in alignment with the applicable collective agreement (SYNTEC Convention).

Meet your team

You will be in direct contact with the Finance Director (and the members of the COMEX of which she is a member), and with all the teams in the extended Finance area (Sales Finance, Accounting, Management Control, etc.) as well as with all the teams in the Finance extended perimeter (Commercial Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Collection, Legal...).
