Your Strategic Partner for HR, Payroll & Headhunting Solutions

We are seeking a Business Developer Hunter experienced in B2B consultative sales within the technology sector, specifically in DevOps and Solution Architecture. This role is crucial for acquiring new clients, focusing on startups and growing companies that need to optimize their infrastructure and technological processes.

This high-impact position requires initiative and creativity. The ideal candidate is skilled in sales and proactive in developing sales tools such as brochures and presentations to enhance client outreach. Additionally, this role offers:

  • A competitive commission structure with attractive earnings potential.

Location: Open to candidates located in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients aligned with DevOps and Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline for effective conversions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and advise clients on DevOps and Solution Architecture services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, establishing long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals meet customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and generate reports.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS solutions for startups.
  • 100% Hunter mindset: proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to sell consulting services to CTOs, founders, and tech teams.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) with success in high-value contracts.
  • Understanding of the startup ecosystem and its technological needs.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar.
  • Strong autonomy to develop sales strategies and deliver results independently.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Results-driven with excellent negotiation skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling DevOps, Cloud, or infrastructure automation services.
  • Existing network within startups or growing companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
