Application Specialist - Hungary

Overview

We are looking for an Application Specialist in Hungary to provide PolyWorks-related technical services to our growing customer base in the region. If you are passionate about technology, eager to develop expertise in cutting-edge 3D measurement solutions, and interested in helping customers optimize their processes, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our solutions to provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers.
2. Deliver training sessions to our customers, ensuring that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes.
3. Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential leads.
4. Communicate specific customer needs to the software development team.
5. Travel across Hungary to meet and connect with customers, with occasional trips elsewhere in Europe.

Qualifications

1. Hold a university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication in English and Hungarian.
3. Display well-developed interpersonal skills.
4. Have experience with CAD software as well as design and manufacturing processes.
5. Be dedicated to developing and maintaining professional relationships with our customers, with a strong focus on understanding and meeting their needs.
6. Will be considered an asset: experience with 3D metrology and knowledge about CMM, IT, macros, and statistics.
