The role involves analyzing client needs, developing reports, and managing requests. **Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:

As the primary contact for our clients, your goal is to analyze their needs and provide tailored solutions with high-quality support, leveraging our internal teams' expertise.

You will also work on strengthening support to existing clients and enhancing our service value to foster lasting relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying risks, detecting potential disputes early.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner, effective in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract: Permanent
