Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are seeking a General Manager to join our teams in Paris region, based in Levallois-Perret. Your main mission will be to develop our activities by setting the local strategy, aligned with the group's, managing all operational teams, and continuing the diversification and transformation of our activities across the region.

Your scope will cover all business lines, delivery, and recruitment. As the P&L owner of the region, you will ensure the growth of the entity both locally and nearshore, while guaranteeing client and team satisfaction. As a member of the France Executive Committee, you will contribute to defining and deploying the country's strategic and operational plan.

Your missions:

  • Develop and implement the growth and transformation strategy for activities in Paris region.
  • Advance the industrialization approach of our productions locally and nearshore.
  • Co-develop the recruitment strategy, grow and attract key talent within the entity while ensuring the performance of dedicated teams.
  • Inspire, coach, and upskill your teams so they reach their full potential.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by maintaining service quality, meeting commitments, and managing strategic accounts.
  • Oversee profitability and financial health across the different business lines.
  • Anticipate market trends and foster innovation in service offerings.
  • Represent Amaris to our C-level clients.
  • Manage commercial contracts and employment agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Apply the group’s policies, particularly in terms of diversity, inclusion, and CSR, and collaborate with the finance, HR, legal, pre-sales, and global accounts departments to meet group objectives.

Your profile:

  • You possess strong leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit, with solid experience in managing teams and complex solutions.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in business consulting, with proven expertise in managing business lines, including P&L and operations management.
  • You have a deep knowledge of the Paris market and its challenges, as well as expertise in one of our business lines.
  • You are proficient in transitioning production towards structured and nearshore models.
  • You demonstrate strong commitment to client satisfaction, combined with a keen interest in innovative technologies that enable the development of relevant and sustainable solutions.
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English, and you enjoy working in an international environment.
