Job Description

Wizenco is seeking a Media Trader with strong technical expertise to join our growing team. Reporting directly to management, you will be central to media activation and product innovation.

You will ensure the effective execution and performance of advertising campaigns, contribute to developing our internal products, automate processes, and integrate new technologies.

This hybrid role combines media activation and product development, ideal for candidates with strong technical skills, an interest in coding or automation, and a data-driven approach.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns: Social Ads, Programmatic Display, Search, Video, DOOH, etc.
  2. Develop high-performance media strategies with the sales team; analyze performance and optimize campaigns using KPIs like CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  3. Manage and develop technological and commercial partnerships.
  4. Design, develop, and optimize internal activation and reporting tools.
  5. Stay updated with new tools, scripts, APIs, or platforms through technological watch and testing.
  6. Implement advanced tracking plans: tagging, pixels, conversion API, server-side tracking, etc.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Programmatic and Social media buying platforms (Xandr, DV360, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Expertise in User Acquisition strategies, especially on mobile, and familiarity with measurement and attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer)
  • Deep understanding of martech/adtech environments and integration of new tools; data analysis skills for performance recommendations
  • Scripting or automation knowledge (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, SQL, API) is a plus

Analytical and Strategic Skills

  • Structured, data-driven approach to campaign optimization
  • Critical performance analysis, prioritization, and experimentation
  • Product vision: identifying operational pain points and proposing technical solutions

Interpersonal and Organizational Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client and partner interactions
  • Autonomy and rigor in managing campaigns and budgets
  • Strong organization and time management for multiple projects
  • Passion for innovation and monitoring digital marketing trends
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in digital marketing, data, engineering, computer science, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in media activation, ad ops, or a technical role in advertising
  • Interest in tech environments and product logic
  • Bonus: interest in video games, cinema, or pop culture
