Une entreprise innovante recherche un gestionnaire de projet pour diriger le développement de nouveaux magasins en France. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des enquêtes de site, de la coordination avec les équipes de conception et de la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs. Avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la construction de détail et une solide compréhension du cycle de vie des projets, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le succès de l'ouverture de nouveaux magasins. Qualifications

• 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de construction de détail, de préférence dans le commerce de détail.
• Expérience étendue en gestion de projet et compréhension du cycle de vie total du projet.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les enquêtes de site pour les nouvelles ouvertures et les projets de remodelage.
• Coordonner la conception du magasin avec l'équipe de conception mondiale.

Description du poste

Joining our Property & Network Development Team of 14 people, you will be in charge of the successful and efficient roll-out of the new Pandora stores concept, as well as the construction and fit out of our new stores in France. You will be reporting to the Head of Construction & Maintenance based in Paris and be a part of a team of 5 talents.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the site surveys for new openings as well as remodeling projects,
• Prepare the brief for each new location and raise the potential key constraints of the premise to enable the kick-off of the Store design phase,
• Coordinate the store design with Global Store Design team to ensure the final drawings take into the premise specificities and the legal market constraints,
• Manage the tendering process and GC selection,
• Create schedule for the projects and share it with internal and external parties,
• Manage and monitor project schedules within budget guidelines,
• Manage trustful relationships with suppliers and external parties,
• Consolidate, communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the project,
• Communicate project status across all relative departments to ensure on-time delivery,
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance during construction phase,
• Report on progress through all stages with team manager and projects’ internal stakeholders,
• Manage handover of new stores to the retail team,
• Lead post-project analyses, adapt and optimize existing methods.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• Technical degree (civil engineering, construction management, architecture…)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a retail construction role, preferably in fast-moving retail
• Extensive project management experience and excellent understanding of the total project lifecycle, from dealing with new contractors and partners, through the handover stage
• Fluent French and English is obligatory.
