We partner with automotive industry leaders—including insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers—to offer real-time roadside assistance through our advanced digital platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional Information:

• Part-time role (30 hours per week)
• Shift-based position requiring occasional night and weekend shifts
