Job Description

You will be assigned as a seasonal agent - Operator (category C) or Educator (category B) for physical and sports activities within the Sports and Leisure Department.

Responsibilities / Conditions of Exercise
BEESAN (Category B):
  • Participate in supervision, teaching, and animation of aquatic activities;
  • Enforce the POSS and internal regulations;
  • Participate in multisport training sessions and events;
BNSSA (Category C):
  • Ensure the safety of all in and around the water;
  • Prepare the swimming area and enforce safety rules;
  • Welcome users;
  • Administer first aid in case of drowning or injury;
  • Conduct risk prevention activities, provide advice and information to users;
  • Apply the POSS and uphold the pool's internal regulations.
Profiles Sought
  • Holder of the State Diploma of Sports Educator in Swimming Activities (BEESAN) or BPJEPS AAN;
  • Holder of the valid CAEPMNS (lifeguard certificate);
  • Possess a professional card and PSE1 (First Aid Level 1);
  • If holding BNSSA, ensure recycling and declaration to the Prefecture;
  • Capable of supervising, anticipating, rescuing, and resuscitating;
  • Ability to enforce safety regulations and equipment use;
  • Good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
  • Reactivity and vigilance;
  • Ability to follow directives from hierarchy;
  • Sense of public service.
Schedule
