Auditeur Interne - Finance H/F, Le Havre

Location: Le Havre, France

Company: MAF RODA, an international group specializing in designing and manufacturing calibration and packaging lines for the fruit and vegetable sector. The market's evolution towards higher quality standards requires packaging stations to guarantee external characteristics (colors, skin defects, etc.) and internal qualities (sugar content, acidity, dry matter, etc.). With ambitious R&D investments and cutting-edge technology innovation, the group has positioned itself as a market leader. Currently, the group has 1250 employees, about ten production sites worldwide, including 200 engineers across 6 R&D offices, and a consolidated turnover of €211 million.

Job Description

Based at our headquarters in Montauban (Tarn et Garonne), you will be responsible for our international English-speaking subsidiaries, collaborating with local teams:

  1. Control monthly reporting of subsidiaries, analyze costs, and verify their information systems;
  2. Centralize and validate various financial information;
  3. Control cost prices of sales contracts and manufacturing costs of equipment;
  4. Supervise legal, social, and fiscal topics in collaboration with subsidiary managers;
  5. Monitor and develop cash flow forecasts in close collaboration with the accounting managers of subsidiaries;
  6. Identify, analyze, and recommend new financial opportunities and action plans related to currencies, debt management, investments, and liquidity to optimize financial position, maximize investments, and minimize interest charges and banking fees.
Candidate Profile

Higher education in Finance/Management (minimum Bac +5), with at least 5 years of professional experience in a responsible position within an industrial SME. Experience in an international environment, especially with the United States, is a plus. You are a hands-on person, rigorous, pragmatic, and eager to support a company’s international development. Strong skills in accounting and cost control, autonomy, analytical capacity, availability, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. International travel will be required. Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus. Your motivation and desire to integrate into a genuine corporate project are crucial in your application process.
