Qualifications

Department: Kitchen

Reports to: Head of Kitchens and/or Sous-Chef

Key attributes:

  • Hospitality/Food Service education required, preferably culinary
  • 6 to 8 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a comparable hotel/restaurant environment
  • Respect for work procedures and hygiene and safety standards

Scope of work:

  • Direct collaboration with the Food Service team
  • All restaurants + Room Service, Bar, Banquets
  • Team of 10 to 55 members (low season – high season)
