This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions and high-quality support. The position offers flexibility with full remote work options or a base in Paris.

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, relying on our internal teams.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support and enhance service value, ensuring lasting and optimized client relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource.
  • Managing ad hoc client requests, responding promptly and tailored to their needs.
  • Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  • Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least some significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is essential!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a fast-evolving scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT/Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
