Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Customer Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our Customer Experience team. Purchasely is a fast-growing European tech company specializing in powerful no-code In-App Experience technology. As we expand, we need an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to support our clients from technical implementation to long-term adoption.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting clients during onboarding, technical setup, and go-live processes.
  2. Providing timely and efficient support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  3. Creating and updating resources to facilitate the adoption of new features.

Qualifications include:

  1. At least 3+ years of customer support or product experience in tech and/or SaaS industries.
  2. Strong understanding of technical environments such as APIs, SDKs, and mobile app integrations.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and identify trends.
  5. Engineer Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
