This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of TO execution.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and the Contracting Officer (CO).
• Plan, direct, and schedule the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the TO SOW.
• Manage the submission of all items to be delivered under this contract; have direct control over the Contractor team.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Integrating architectures of various intelligence systems.
• Utilizing MBSE, software frameworks, and Agile acquisition techniques.
• Experience with GEOINT and SIGINT collection platforms and data.
• Data science skills including data fusion, machine learning, data analytics, and emerging techniques.
• Data visualization skills, including relationships of diverse data types and data sharing across domains.
• Managing all aspects of the software lifecycle, including supply chains, licenses, quality, reuse, procurement, security, and compliance with the Risk Management Framework.

Basic Qualifications:

• MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or MBA with a BS in a technical or engineering area.
• Ten (10) years of program management experience, including subcontract management.
• Five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
• Five (5) years of experience with satellite ground systems.
• Five (5) years of software systems acquisition experience.
• Three (3) years in business strategy, IT strategy, scenario development, and technology transformation.
• Two (2) years experience in cloud-based software systems.

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
