Your mission

As part of a new position, we are recruiting in Castres (81) within the Pierre Fabre Group's DSI (Digital Acceleration Information System), an Identity Manager reporting hierarchically to the Cloud & Legacy Infrastructure Service Manager within the Infrastructure department of the Technical Directorate.

This role is responsible for managing identity, accounts, access, and authorizations for the Pierre Fabre group in France and internationally, across both PROJECT and RUN dimensions.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Manage identities, security, accounts, rights (review of AAD rights, RBAC), identity federation (ADFS, Entra AD Connect), directory services (AD on Premise, Entra ID), participate in security audits and remediation.
• Oversee outsourcing activities within the scope (industrialization, ticket follow-up, etc.).
• Lead build operations with internal (Business Units, Procurement, Security, Technical and Functional Architecture) and external (outsourcers, service providers) stakeholders, and participate in project and operational committees.
• Contribute to innovation by monitoring, identifying new uses and tools that could add value, and anticipate infrastructure and tool evolution.
• Provide Level 3 support (expertise).

This position allows teleworking up to 2 days per week.

Who you are ?

Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or equivalent (Bac + 5 or experience) with at least 5 years of similar experience.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical validation or strict standards is a plus. Fluent in English.
