Responsibilities:
- Based on warehousing operations and customer needs, be responsible for the operational implementation of the France warehousing project.
- Conduct process management throughout the project, and be accountable for the quality of operational outcomes.
- Implement lean operations, process optimization, and cost reduction to enhance overall labor efficiency, equipment effectiveness (OEE), space utilization, and more.
- Analyze and identify pain points in key warehousing and logistics processes, develop targeted improvement plans, and enhance on-site operational capabilities.
- Drive the establishment of standardized warehousing operational processes, provide operational guidance and training to the project team, and improve the professional competence and efficiency of on-site personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in warehousing management, with experience leading a team of more than 10 people; experience in logistics and warehousing is preferred.
- Possess professional knowledge and experience in warehousing management and operations.
- Familiar with warehousing and logistics operation modes and management models.
- Local candidates in France (proficient in French) are required; proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
