Responsibilities:

1. Based on warehousing operations and customer needs, be responsible for the operational implementation of the France warehousing project.
2. Conduct process management throughout the project, and be accountable for the quality of operational outcomes.
3. Implement lean operations, process optimization, and cost reduction to enhance overall labor efficiency, equipment effectiveness (OEE), space utilization, and more.
4. Analyze and identify pain points in key warehousing and logistics processes, develop targeted improvement plans, and enhance on-site operational capabilities.
5. Drive the establishment of standardized warehousing operational processes, provide operational guidance and training to the project team, and improve the professional competence and efficiency of on-site personnel.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in warehousing management, with experience leading a team of more than 10 people; experience in logistics and warehousing is preferred.
3. Possess professional knowledge and experience in warehousing management and operations.
4. Familiar with warehousing and logistics operation modes and management models.
5. Local candidates in France (proficient in French) are required; proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
