Join our dynamic team as an EasyPlant Coordinator and play a pivotal role in the deployment and management of cutting-edge software solutions for a leading player in the engineering and construction industry. This is your chance to make a significant impact on project success while working in the beautiful location of Martigues, France.





Role Overview

• Identify software needs (applicable modules and possible development) with the Project team.
• Coordinate software deployment activities initiated in Head Office, including Quality Control Site, Planning, Baselines, and other applicable modules.
• Integrate tag lists into the software system.
• Coordinate operational activities of the software: Planning, Database, and other modules as required.
• Prepare and facilitate training sessions for staff on software usage for Technip, clients, and partner companies.
• Facilitate and participate in EasyPlant KOM presentation meetings on-site.
• Act as the on-site entry point for EasyPlant-related topics.
• Provide feedback related to EasyPlant to the Methods Manager, including suggestions for developments.
• Verify the adequacy of On-Site Mobilization concerning the needs generated by the tool.
• Write software development requests related to the project and interface with the Construction Methods Department.
• Update Project Procedures related to EasyPlant as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Management of project and supplier databases (GAIA, PDB, VDB, SDB, EDMS)
• Network Monitoring Tools: Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revamping work in the petrochemical industry.
• Operational experience in managing a construction site monitoring tool.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software deployment or project coordination.
