Job summary

Crew Resources International is seeking EASA-licensed AS355 pilots for seasonal aerial firefighting contracts across Europe. The role involves firefighting missions, high-skill flying, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You must hold EASA CPL(H) or ATPL(H), have 1000 PIC hours, current AS355 rating, and firefighting experience. Expect rotational shifts, day VFR, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA CPL(H) or ATPL(H)
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC
• Minimum 100 PIC hours on AS350
• Current AS355 type rating
• Previous firefighting experience (strong advantage)
• HESLO 1 / 2
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Conduct firefighting missions in compliance with operational procedures and local regulations
• Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in high-pressure environments
• Maintain continuous situational awareness and sound decision-making during missions
• Comply with EASA regulations and company operational standards
• Contribute to Safety Management System (SMS) practices, including hazard reporting and risk mitigation
• Ensure proper use of aircraft equipment and adherence to maintenance reporting procedures
