Crew Resources International Ltd is seeking EASA-licensed AS355 Pilots for rotational, seasonal firefighting assignments across Europe. The role emphasizes high-risk, high-reliability aerial operations with strict adherence to regulatory standards and safety culture.

Successful candidates will bring an ATPL(H) or CPL(H) with 1,000+ hours PIC, including AS350 PIC hours and a current AS355 rating, along with a proven safety mindset and ability to work in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA CPL(H) or ATPL(H).
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC.
• Minimum 100 PIC hours on AS350.
• Current AS355 type rating.
• Firefighting experience is advantageous.
• HESLO 1/2.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct firefighting missions in compliance with procedures and local regulations.
• Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in high-pressure environments.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness and sound decision-making during missions.
• Comply with EASA regulations and company standards.
• Contribute to Safety Management System (SMS) practices, including hazard reporting and risk mitigation.
• Ensure proper use of aircraft equipment and adherence to maintenance reporting procedures.
